As an Architect and commercial multifamily senior development and construction executive, I needed my own home renovated and remodeled. I did my due diligence to find the right local team and talent to meet my design and construction professional standards. Alex and his 24/7 Handymen team met all my expectations. Accurate estimates, no work breaks except for lunch, worked 10+ hours a day, were clean and neat with safe guards and daily housekeeping procedures and clean up every day, provided daily detailed communication with me and completed the project on time, with accurate and detailed invoicing. I have used 24/7 for nearly a decade and won't call anyone else. Their work is consistently first-rate and reasonably priced. Alex is very dependable and easy to deal with. He is honest, a straight-shooter, and his crews always do first-rate work. This was particularly important for me because I was managing a rental property from 2000 miles away and needed to be able to depend on someone for a variety of maintenance and repair jobs. He and his crew never let me down. I have no hesitation to use them any time.

I have to say from the first time I met Alex I knew he was going to get my business. He was the only professional and friendly contractor that respected my home enough to take off his shoes upon entering. We sat down and went over the bathroom renovation project in detail and he stated he would get me an estimate in a couple days. The estimate came and I was very pleased. It had everything we discussed, but I reached out to Alex with questions. He promptly got back and answered all of them, which put my mind at ease. One of the major questions was am able to buy my own items/materials. He agreed and adjusted the estimate pricing accordingly. I signed the contract and begin buying my dream bathroom items. When it came closer to my project date. Alex brought the team over to my house to meet me and view the bathroom. We agreed on a time and the morning of the project they were there bright and early. The demo started and I began my journey to my dream bathroom. Everyday during the project, Alex communicated with me whether it was on site, phone call, and/or email. He made sure to tell all of his team members to remove their shoes when entering my house. At the end of the day the team would clean up and put their tools away. Due to unforeseen circumstances the project took longer than estimated time but it was definitely worth it. The team was very devoted and worked 14 hour days including weekends and a holiday to try to get back on schedule. This company definitely lived up to it's name "24/7 Remodeling". Alex and the team let me know of any issues encountered, so I always knew what was going on and could make the appropriate decisions. He handled every minor detail even down to the finish of the vanity sink drain. Alex went above and beyond with clean up once the project was complete. I have heard many horror contractor stories but I can honestly say this was a pleasant experience. The work looks great and comes with a one year warranty. I would highly recommend 24/7 Remodeling for any renovation project for the home. I have really enjoyed working with Alex and the team and hope to have them work on my half bathroom in the very near future.
