✅ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
✅ Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience
✅ Hands-on experience in networking, troubleshooting, and technical support
Key Responsibilities:
🖥️ Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
🌐 Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure and internet connectivity
🔐 Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus, and data protection protocols
📊 Manage dealership software systems (e.g., inventory, customer management tools)
🛠️ Install and configure new systems and applications for office and service staff
🧑💼 Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service support
🕒 Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance and updates
📁 Perform data backups and recovery operations
📞 Provide end-user support for all departments (sales, service, accounts, etc.)
🔧 Maintain printers, scanners, biometric systems, and other office hardware
📈 Suggest and implement IT improvements to enhance operational efficiency
