Manage your WiserMap business with Claude

Prepare a complete business profile through a conversation. Claude uses your existing WiserMap business tools to organize contact details, services, hours, real photos, menus and useful FAQs. Your public profile keeps the WiserMap layout you already know.

Current availability: the hosted connector is available through a custom connection. WiserMap's public Claude Directory submission is not yet complete. No Verified, Popular or Trending placement is claimed.

Connect your own WiserMap account

1. In Claude, open the connectors settings and choose to add a custom connector. Enter WiserMap and the server URL below.
2. Choose Connect, sign in on WiserMap, and review the permission request. Use your active, email-verified business-owner account. Never paste your password or authentication codes into a chat.
3. Ask Claude to add your eligible local business or improve a business your account is authorized to manage. Claim an existing listing through WiserMap rather than creating a duplicate.

The connector now exposes separate read and write tools. Refresh or reconnect WiserMap in Claude if an older session still shows only manage_wisermap_listing. Your saved business records are not deleted by reconnecting.

From your information to your existing profile

Claude checks your authorized businesses and category requirements, researches the business information you identify, and saves a private draft. It checks what is missing instead of inventing facts. Services use WiserMap's native format; menus are for eligible food categories. Products and team information remain optional.

For doctors and dentists, relevant details may include appointment policies, accepting new patients, exact insurance plans, services and languages. Restaurants and bars may need menus, ordering information, drinks, outdoor seating or live-music details. Information without its own native field belongs in the existing description or FAQs, not an invented form.

When the draft is ready, open the actual WiserMap preview link returned by the connector. Confirm the facts and your rights to the images. Claude can submit the approved revision when you request it. A saved draft is not a submitted listing, and new listings still require WiserMap review.

Photos, eligibility and permissions

WiserMap accepts verifiable storefront businesses and genuine local service operations, not online-only websites. Use real photos and appropriate storefront or equipment evidence. Images attached in Claude are not automatically transferred: the connector must report stored uploads or imports before they count.

Connecting Claude does not give it access to someone else's business, let it approve ownership claims, or reactivate suspended listings. Interest in optional paid booking does not activate a subscription or authorize a charge.

Data handling

Requested tool calls send relevant business-profile information and sources to WiserMap and return results to Claude. Website research contacts the business pages you identify and saves a source record. Approved public profile details and images are intended for publication. Do not send patient records, insurance cards, payment-card information, credentials or unrelated chat history through this listing workflow.

Read WiserMap's Privacy Policy for the service policy, and contact WiserMap Support for data-correction or deletion requests. This guide does not promise an automatic deletion interval. Claude's own terms apply to your use of Claude.
