Common questions
Is it free?
Yes. Adding or claiming your business, updating your profile and replying to reviews are free. Paid plans and advertising are optional, and prices are shown in your dashboard before you pay.
Can I remove a bad review?
No, owners can’t edit or remove customer reviews. You can reply in public, and if a review breaks our review policy, report it and our team will look at it.
Who sees my bookings?
Bookings go to your dashboard and to the customer. You choose which details customers have to give when they book.
