Window World of Sioux Falls

I purchased a home with the stipulation of 2 windows to be replaced. The windows and services have been paid for. I have been waiting now for 3 weeks to have them installed. They keep canceling the appointments or they are scheduled and have just not shown up!!! So it's getting closer to winter and here we sit!!! Very disappointed and frustrated!!! I keep reaching out to Jeff the GM. Mailbox is full on his voicemail and not answering my text message. Today they were supposed to be here at 10am to install and nobody here, nobody has reached out to me!!! I am beyond dissatisfied!!!

I had great experience with WW installing new window. Jacob was very professional, friendly and helped me with my bad door as well. He did very clean job in short amount of time, window looks great inside and outside and he vacuumed and cleaned after himself. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Update 1/5/26: as indicated in their response below, Jeff did reach out to me regarding my concerns. He came out to inspect the door and acknowledged the issues. He is going to make it right by replacing the door (which I greatly appreciate) so I am updating my review. I may update again once the new door is installed and operational. Horrible. I bought a sliding glass door for my house 2 years ago. Had problems with it the entire time it’s been installed. They have sent repair people out numerous times. I called and talked to the owner a few months back and he said he would come out and take a look at it himself. Ghosted me. I continue to have issues with this POS door. I’m not normally one to complain but this is awful service and an awful product.

We had such a great experience with James and Jacob! They got all of our windows in quick and efficiently. They answered any and all questions we may have had and we very kind. We are so excited for our new windows and it would not be possible without them! Thank you so much.

We had the best experience . From sales to installation, everything was smooth, fast, efficient and extremely professional. James and Jacob did a marvelous job installing our windows while we both worked from home. We will recommend this company to anyone.
