*★☆☆☆☆* My experience with Waada has been extremely disappointing. My mobile remained *non-functional for 2 months* due to the delay in claim payment. Despite multiple follow-ups, I faced *unprofessional behavior, unnecessary delays, and poor customer support*. When the payment was finally made, I had to *get the screen replaced myself*, and only then did my mobile start working again. This whole process caused *stress, frustration, and disrespect*. Waada failed to deliver on its promise — it’s all just a name, not a service

Allahumdulilah With The grace of Almighty Allah Received my claim Amount Safely On Time And Team Waada Experience was Good Simple and easy claim apply 100% setisfied With Waada Team Thanks A Lot Of lam Satisfied 1000% , But the spending of less money was made, the promises were the problem.

Claim procedure is very smooth and user friendly. I provided required documents and they approved my claim within a week. Their service is very amazing and I think it's need of time to insure our expensive cell phones by Waada. Highly recommended
