W.A. Tolbard Gas Fireplace Shop

We had W. A. Tolbard install a gas fireplace insert into our existing wood burning fireplace and we could not be happier. The whole operation went smoothly and efficiently. The personal involved are professional and experienced. They gave clear guidance and instructions on what was done and why. Answered all questions in detail. As a realtor in Frederick County for over 30 years, I can't say enough good things about WA Tolbard. I had a house going to settlement and the gas fireplace wasn't operational. We had a handyman and plumber go out and they couldn't figure out the fix. I called and Amanda went out of her way to make sure their tech could come quickly. I called Tolbard to set an appointment for repair to my gas fireplace logs. Amanda was very helpful and suggested that I check my pilot switch to ensure it was in the on position rather than set to the pilot position. Amanda was right!! I had the switch on the pilot position. Once I turned the switch to on, the fireplace logs worked again. Amanda, thanks for the advice. I'll be sure to call Tolbard in the future, when I need repairs.

Very pleased with our recent purchase and subsequent installation of our new propane fireplace logset!
