Shop was helpful in doing a pre-purchase inspection on short notice, but this took almost two hours when it was supposed to take one hour. They also told me the car needed a transmission flush, without explaining the different views among mechanics on that question regarding older cars. This wasn't helpful, as it weakened my position with the dealer. I do appreciate their courteous behavior, efforts to be fair, and nice plan for half-price pre-purchase inspections by repeat customers.

I had an issue come up with my vehicle. It actually happened at one of the worst times it could happen. My wife’s mom passed away and her funeral was going to be out of town. The rear driveshaft on my AWD vehicle needed to be replaced. I was actually considering renting a vehicle to get out of town to be at the funeral. That’s when Terry and the outstanding US Automotive team collectively got me back on the road with time to SPARE! I can only tell you that they’re incredibly AWESOME! I appreciate this team.
