uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

They replace the screen on my phone under warranty super fast! I was originally planning to take it to another branch, but it was closed on wednesday. I called the Winston-Salem branch, and you know it was late in the day and they were supposed to be closing in a couple hours they told me to go ahead and bring it in. My daughter-in-law, who had filed the claim for me, thought she'd put through the change in locations but had not. So she did it while I was waiting in the store, and they still didn't mind the wait even though it was close to cut off time for accepting new repairs. I had an appointment elsewhere so instead of waiting for the phone I went there. It ran long, and I was late getting back there it was about 5 minutes after closing time. But they were still open and didn't mind my coming in after hours. The phone looks great and everyone was super friendly and I would definitely take it there again! Although I hope I don't break it I need to take it there LOL

I was out running errands and didn't realize I had missed the repair techs message. Gavin was nice enough to call and wait a couple minutes for me to get home. He repaired my screen in no time! Great service!

Went to this place recently for the first time to get my Samsung phone fixed and the young man Dalton who served me was outstanding! While waiting for my turn, I observed that he was always offering better cost-saving solutions to customers. Anyway, my phone wasn't charging and I suggested to Dalton that the integrated battery might have died and need to be replaced, which would have been expensive. Dalton, who showed expert diagnostic skill, was skeptical, and after running some tests, he deduced that the battery was fine and the problem could be a far less costly one (it turned out to be a loosen charging connection to the battery). The phone was good and ready within a couple of hours and the fix didn't cost much. I was truly impressed.
