How refreshing to know that there are still honest people in this world! I dropped my cell phone in the hot tub. It would not charge. I took it to Tri-State Cell Phone Repair and they fixed it for $10. I highly recommend this place!

If I could give no stars I would. Took my PC here because it wouldn't turn on and reviews were wonderful but little did I know they did not reflect the experience I would have. They had my PC for a month with little to no communication. They updated me once, the only other communication was me calling them if they even answered. A little over a week into them having it with no communication or updates I decided to just wanted to go get my PC but the guy ended up talking me into letting them try to fix it and said they would give us better updates that they thought it was the power supply and that it would be a couple days before they got it in, we called them a couple days later to get an update and they said once they put the power supply in it would turn on but wouldn't work with a monitor, that they were gonna try the ram, processor, and motherboard. A couple days later they finally called me with an update to tell me it was the mother board and they recommended just getting a new PC. I went to pick it up and the only thing right they did was not charge me at all. I just didnt feel right about it and had a gut feeling they weren't being truthful so I went and got a second opinion from Shawnee Computer right across the street. I dropped it off with them an hour before they closed and they had it fixed 2 days after and all they did was put a new power supply in and it works just fine. So this place just downright lied. I'm now doubting whether or not they even tried to replace the power supply. If you choose to do ur business here be very weary especially if you call them out on not communicating well. Save yourself some time and just go right across the street to Shawnee Computer.
