My recent encounter with Toyota Lyallpur Motors left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite my vehicle being under warranty, the service provided was far from satisfactory, and the attitude displayed by their foreman, Mr. Luqman, was unacceptable.I brought my car to Toyota Lyallpur Motors due to issues with tire gaps and steering cutting. Despite clearly articulating my concerns, Mr. Luqman's assessment was dismissive and inadequately addressed the problems. Even after his assurance that everything was fine, my car continued to experience issues, resulting in damage to the front tire.Mr. Luqman's behavior regarding my claims was characterized by arrogance and a complete disregard for customer concerns. His egoistic approach not only failed to resolve the issues but exacerbated them, leading to further inconvenience and expense on my part.The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by Toyota Lyallpur Motors is deeply concerning. As a customer, I expected better treatment and a genuine effort to rectify the issues with my vehicle, especially considering it was still under warranty.Overall, my experience with Toyota Lyallpur Motors was nothing short of disappointing. I would caution others against entrusting their vehicles to this establishment, as their inadequate service and disrespectful treatment of customers fall far below acceptable standards.

A well managed Toyota dealership. As claimed by the dealership authentic after sales services and spare parts are used. However, I found spares prices elevated from market prices but still they give confidence. Secondly if you want to buy or sell second hand car then it's not favourable because of they will sell your car at a high commission rate and will buy your car below market price.
