After looking for a few quotes on replacing flooring for my home. I reached out to this company. Sales guy had zero knowledge about anything when I called in. Told me he was new and owner would call me back. 5 hours later I received a TEXT message. Asking me what I needed… Good lord, is this really how we conduct business for new sales? A TEXT MESSAGE… Waited 24 hours to see if they would actually follow up by a phone call. NOPE. Owner told me to go else where this was his practice. REALLY? Certainly don’t wanna buy from someone who can’t communicate…

The only reason this is getting a five-star review is because there's no way to give it more. We live in an older building that has some unique construction issues and materials. We called Top Notch on recommendations from other past customers after the company we bought our flooring from came in and said it couldn't be installed on our subfloor and they wouldn't be able to fix it. James and Top Notch came in, quoted the job reasonably even thought they hadn't sold the materials and set about doing an absolutely beautiful installation. From call to installation was four days. They did the entire installation in a single day, fixed what needed to be fixed, took great care of our place and did an incredible job. It looks exactly as we hoped it would. Communication from James throughout was incredible and comforting since we weren't able to be on-site for the install. They are the only people in the area I will ever call to do flooring for me again. I couldn't possibly be happier with the outcome.

We remodeled our home and it was so important to me to only have one floor and it had to be the PERFECT floor! I went back and forth so much and shopped around until I just about gave up. Someone mentioned Top Notch to me and so I went to them hoping for one thing to go right. It did. James Petrey (owner) was beyond helpful and I was totally that indecisive, questioning every life choice, crazy lady. He never once made me feel that way and he was very educated and so patient with me. He was ready to jump on the ball at my pace. He was the only contractor we didn't have to wait on. He was ready when I was (within reason). The installation went perfect. The floor was perfect. Everyone was so professional. I regret not one decision on using them for our flooring needs and will use them for our future needs without question! I'd recommend Top Notch a million times to anyone!!
