Very sad attitude.I told them about the stray cat's condition and even sent the video. I got a response that "we don't have any space". Welfare my foot! If it was actually a welfare, it would have made space for a 9 inch cat. In Pakistan, it seems to me all "welfares" are just fronts for someone's black businesses.

If the animals are happy, that's how you know they're being well taken care of. Friendly staff, and super friendly fur babies. Love their cause and very happy to support it

We are visiting from Canada and went to visit Todd’s Welfare Society on 23 August 2025. We just happened to pass by the shelter on our way to visit relatives in Kasur, Pakistan and asked if we could come inside and see the animals. Muhammad Waseem showed us around the centre and told us about all the amazing work that they are doing there. The animals are all spayed and neutured, vaccinated and given all medical care that is needed. The cats and dogs are well fed and lucky to have this rescue centre. It would be great if more people would adopt because then theywould have space to rescue even more. However, adoptions are very low and they have to find money to take care of all the animals needs. It is totally dependant on donations and receives no other funding. Please please consider making a donation to this rescue centre. They are an amazing and genuine animal rescue centre which deserves all our help.

I went to Shelter today with my cat. The doctor was very kind and deal with us very nicely. They checked my cat thoroughly and provided proper treatment. They were very cooperative and helpful. I’m happy and satisfied with their service.

Took a tour of the whole place. It’s properly maintained. There’s a stench but that’s just inevitable. The guide handed face masks to me and my team and gave us the tour of the whole place. I love cats so I mostly stayed in that corner.
