Highly recommend their services. We have used them twice now to fix an IT issue in the office. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and this past time fixed our email deliverability problem remotely. Todd got back to me quickly when I first reached out and solved the problem sooner than anticipated. In a world where it’s difficult to get businesses to return calls this level of service is much appreciated. He is super professional and explained the situation to me in terms I would understand. We will be using Todd Tech exclusively for all of our IT needs.

We didn't even know what question to ask. Our laptop was generally malfunctioning and then the screen began stopping intermittently. We were in a jam needing to get at some important docs on the hard drive. I cold-called Todd Tech and Todd offered to meet us right away. He's got a great office space in a convenient spot on Congress. He asked a few questions, looked it over and offered to open up the machine, pull the hard drive and see if he could recover our documents. The machine was older and we were deciding already on whether to get a new laptop. He ended up getting all of the hard drive info for us, providing some helpful guidance on a new laptop, ordered it with no markup, and transferred the info when it came in. Quick, friendly, helpful, painless. I'm posting this because most of us only need someone like Todd rarely but when we do, we don't know where to look. I've managed engineering consulting companies and dealt with both independent IT support as well as in-house support staff. The concern is always how they relate to the users who are encountering difficulties. Can they get to heart of the issue quickly without speaking down to the user? Todd Tech is the perfect blend of individual attention, knowledge, and bedside manner for people walking in the door. He's just a great resource. Doesn't mind offering advice and only charges for what he actually does. Although I hope I don't need him again soon, I won't hesitate to contact him again.

I contacted Todd at Todd Tech when I was in a bind with my business website. I’m somewhat digitally savvy, but the problem I was encountering was beyond my knowledge. I met with Todd remotely via Zoom and explained my situation and he was able to diagnose the issues quickly and succinctly, and generate the necessary fixes to get my site functioning properly again. He also diagnosed problems that I DIDN’T realize existed and fixed those as well! Todd really went the extra mile to make sure I was up and running quickly.
