Tholl Fence Co is too big for their britches. Tholl did not do the work per their proposal. Tholl scheduling is minute by minute. Tholl did not respond to my additional parts request. Tholl is a good fence builder, but don't expect Tholl to communicate well at all. UPDATE: Tholl reached out and asked if they could resolve the problem? I REALLY like the gate! Visited the store to purchase parts for our fence that was damaged by a landscaping company. Tholl provided excellent service and their parts have held up well -- great price and variety of options.

I had a gate installed recently and the technicians did a good job. I have heartburn with the estimator, Phillip, and the lack of transparency in the quote/contract pricing. I was quoted one price and charged more when I received the final invoice. I would advise everyone to request line-item pricing for their quote.
