The Rustic Wrench

I have been a customer of Rustic Wrench for several years. They have performed a wide range of services from routine maintenance to more involved upgrades of my Jeep Wrangler. They have always been good to work with providing good communications, fair pricing and quality workmanship. I have recommended them to others.

I have found my go to Auto Shop. 5 Stars all the way. Absolutely amazing. And fair. From the beginning I called in and spoke with Michael who was on the ball and ready to help. Michael got Jeff involved and all I can say is IMPRESSIVE!! I didn't even see their work yet. I have 2 cars which I just started taking here. Both older model vehicles but still in decent shape. They went through each car thoroughly and didn't even charge me. I got a nice itemized print out of all issues. I could have easily taken that somewhere else, but why? I've already been impressed. I had to completely replace my a/c on my Honda Civic. And Rustic Wrench did not disappoint. Blew the other estimates I received out of the park. And the quality of work is second to none. Got to use the a/c today and it was ice cold. Defrost worked great this morning. Outstanding work by an outstanding team. Props to Jeff and Michael for their prompt, courteous and knowledgeable expertise they provided. I truly can't say enough. I recommend Rustic Wrench to anyone and everyone. Like I said before, I have found my go to Auto Shop. Thanks again Rustic Wrench, Jeff and Michael. I'll be making an appointment soon to see how much more I can me impressed.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the folks at The Rustic Wrench. They did a great job diagnosing the bearing problem with my car and repairing it in a timely manner. They were professional and courteous. I also found their pricing to be reasonable. I would recommend them, with confidence, for auto repair.
