The Cell Phone Repair Shop

Amazing service! High quality service! I came in after having gone to another fix it shop. So glad I called and brought my business here instead! They had my phone ready same day within the hour. Highly recommend!

I took my Chromebook to The Cell Phone Repair Shop to have a new battery installed. They handed it off to a guy named Jon. He took over 3 weeks to get it fixed and when he brough it back to me he announced that the tracking pad no longer worked. I told him that it worked before and he just said, "Well I don't know, it just doesn't work now." He then told me I owe him $95.00. I had a customer in my office at the time and needed to get back to them. So I gave him $95.00 and went on with my day. That night I searched to see if he had turned something off but all roads lead to the pad being physically unplugged. I also discovered that the case would no longer stay snapped closed on the lower left side. I don't feel comfortable taking it back to this guy so I have thinking about taking it to The Geek Squad. Today I decided to take it to my son's boss instead who is a computer guy. He opened it up and discovered that the tracking pad ribbon had been pulled part-way out. He also discovered that one of the clips was broken and that's why it won't snap closed any more. Needless to say, I am not very happy. Yes, I have a new battery but he also unplugged the ribbon and then made no attempt to fix it. He actually acted like he didn't care at all that the pad no longer works. AND he broke a clip so now it won't stay together. I will use the Geek Squad next time.
