I sincerely apologize for the delay in posting this review. My grandson was experiencing difficulties with his iPhone, and despite his mother's repeated attempts to have it repaired, the issues persisted. I was then referred to Tech Medics, which proved to be an excellent decision. Upon our arrival, my grandson and I were warmly greeted. The gentleman who assisted us had a radiant smile and demeanor. We explained the problems regarding my grandson's phone, and he immediately identified the issue. Remarkably, he resolved the problem in approximately five minutes, and even better, there was no charge for the service. This company demonstrates exceptional professionalism and a genuine care for its customers. The customer service I received, especially as a first-time visitor, was truly outstanding. These guys truly impressed me with professional service and care above and beyond . The first thing I noticed was how proud they are of their business as it shows in their website and shop - it’s nice to walk into a sparkling clean and tidy shop these days. There’s pride in that which I noticed right off the bat, and it was a quick first impression that let me know I could relax because these people care and they were going to take care of me. That is exactly what they did. Great care. Actually it really was over-the-top service and I could not have been more pleased. It was a relief to have the kind of attention they gave to my situation after the stress of losing the ability to use my iphone. I was blown away by how quickly the repair tech Adam had my phone working and in my hands again. Nicky was a great help and really took care of me with kindness, and a sharp business mind because she more than well compensated me for a small unavoidable hiccup that was inevitable but handled with the utmost professionalism and respect by both Nicky and Adam which just made the whole experience seem like it was effortless, the service unmatched.
