T&E is prompt with responses and work. I took in my ps5 for a repair and they were really good at helping. I found them on offer up and even the person I communicated with on there was easy to work with. I recommend anybody to have no hesitations going to them. Thank you Jesus and Acxel for your help.

I want to say that Jesus has been the best customer service person I ever met. He's wonderful, compassionate, understanding, and caring. Had 2 phones needed to get repaired. 1 was done in 1 day the other needed parts. If something was missing or broken they let me know as quickly as possible and also let me know the new estimate time it'll take. Nevertheless, job was done correctly, fast, and really good. Definitely recommend if you need multiple phones done or one.
