If I could leave 0 stars i would! I do not recommend these guys at all. They couldn’t come out for 2 weeks to diagnose our dryer, then they didn’t show up for that appointment and it was another week before they made it out hours later than they said they would arrive. The guys were here for 20 minutes, charged $40 more than we were told it would be (JUST TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM) and left an absolute mess on the floor behind them. They said someone would call with an estimate for the repair but of course noone called and then when my husband called to follow up they argued with him about the date of service and wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to come out and do the job. We could literally buy a new dryer for the cost of having them out to diagnose and repair our dryer and be winning because we wouldn’t have to deal with any of their shenanigans. Two thumbs down.

So bad. Feeling validated after reading the majority of these reviews. Our freezer was broken. (Our “garage ready” freezer.) Technician came out and literally took a look at the freezer, said it won’t work in the garage, took a photo and left. Couldn’t have been here a full 5 minutes. Said he would give us a call. That did not happen. Is this just customer service now?? Luckily the woman in the office recommended Sears or Best Buy appliance. Hoping for better luck with them!

I've never had such awful service. The managers and workers are terrible. They promise to call you back but never do. When you call them, they just mock you and deny you ever called. They missed an appointment and then lied, saying it was scheduled for another day. The worker “fixed” the dishwasher, and now it won’t turn on at all. Stay far away from them. Honestly, I hope this company goes out of business because they treat people horribly!

Took over a month for them to come back after replacing the wrong part the first time. I called 2 weeks after and was told they would reach back out and let me know when the correct part would be in. Never called back until a few days before thanks giving. When they came to repair the broken part they looked like they were having trouble with space so my husband offered them a table to set our dishwasher front panel on they said “no” and set it on top of the dishwasher when they pulled it out. Well we have had this dishwasher for 9 months and never once had any cosmetic issues other then the one that it had out of the box, now it has a bunch of gouge marks like the panel was being tubed on something metal which wouldn’t surprise me since they set it on the top of the dishwasher. They reinstalled it and never said a word left the dishwasher insulation also sticking out the sides. Who’s going to fix this now but us. Not impressed
