Synergy Plumbing and Backflow Testing

First off, we had a lot of work to do at our new (to us), old house. After being ghosted by other plumbers, we appreciated how communicative Ryan was! If he was running into any issues, or needed to run to grab something, he would explain to you why, and what he was doing all the way through. He is obviously knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing, as he has to update our fixtures from very old/amateur fixes of the past and had to get creative while staying up to code. He was willing to take on our projects that other plumbers deemed impossible. Ryan crushed it! He also made sure he cleaned up well after himself. His prices were fair for the work he did. All and all we are very happy with the end result and will be using Synergy Plumbing for any future needs!

Ryan provided prompt, reasonably priced service on a Saturday; while many of the other plumbers I called weren't interested in helping out, or if they were, their prices were outrageous. I would recommend Ryan and Synergy to anyone looking for great plumbing service.

Ryan was prompt, professional and straightforward. I had him out to my 93 year old Grandmother's home and my own. He didn't try to upsell me on things that wernt needed like Ive had with other experiences. He gave knowledgeable and clear information about my choices with no pressure. Ive been so unhappy with the other "big" name plumbing companies in the area and I can't begin to say what a difference Synergy is, or express the appreciation I have for their honesty and integrity. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone- whether it's an emergency such as my issue was, or maintenance such was my Grandmother's need.
