Sure Shelter Roofing

I wanted to share my experience I had with Sure Shelter recently. Over the years I’ve used different roofing co’, some good some not so good, to some it seemed like it was just a job, do it, get paid, and leave, which I suppose that’s alright if everything went well. Due to hail damage I was needing another roof replaced, I call a co.a family member used and was satisfied, but after calling 4 times over 8 weeks and not getting a call back, I was talking with a gentleman who spoke highly of Sure Shelter, and even offered to call them for me. He mentioned they stayed busy and wasn’t sure if they worked an hour away. We parted ways and after 15 minutes or so he called me back and said they would be calling me the next day. The next morning I got a call from the owner and with a system they use he already had looked at my roof and asked if I would be available for him to come down in a couple days. He gave me a time and he was here. We looked at the roof, he offered a possible change in the ventilation that would help, which I appreciated. He said they were busy, but would see what they could do. Shingles were here a week later, he brought his foreman down the next day to see if all the supplies had been delivered, and he had a crew here the next morning, but what impressed me the most besides the quality of work was when they finished and some were cleaning up, one or two were looking the roof over for any issues, an hour or so later his foreman came by to see how everything went and if I had any questions or concerns, and the next day the owner called to see if I was satisfied with everything and said I had a 5 year warranty if anything came up to let him know. I know this was long, but customer service like this, along with quality workmanship, not to mention a price I’m sure no one else could beat, needed to be shared. After working and being around construction most my life I’m a little hesitant about recommending people, but I would recommend Sure Shelter in a minute! Thanks for a job well done!
