My furnace decided to quit on one of the coldest days of the year. I had been working with another company that couldn’t identify the issue and was pushing me to replace the entire unit. I decided to call this company for a second opinion on my Lennox furnace and spoke with Jeff and Kendra. Both were incredibly patient and took the time to listen to my concerns, and Jeff had a hunch that I was being steered away from the actual problem. They were able to send Nate to my house within a few hours, and he almost immediately identified the real issue. He walked me through multiple options for sourcing the part and had it installed, all within about an hour. I truly could not be happier with the experience, from my initial phone call, to the research Jeff did on my furnace model, to the repair that Nate completed. I’m extremely grateful for their help and would fully recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC repairs.
