Super Cool HVAC

I’m very glad I called Super Cool this morning when my furnace failed and I was without heat overnight. Courtland arrived on time and I could immediately tell we were in good hands. He located the issue (somewhat unique due to poor install from another company years ago) and dealt with it really efficiently. The entire time he was courteous, answered my questions, and walked me through exactly what he was doing. I’d read so many positive things about the Super Cool customer experience on Google and Reddit before today, and I’m happy to be able to give 5/5 stars to Courtland and Super Cool.

Easy to schedule, reasonable price for the work done, showed up on time. Installers were polite, helped answer some additional questions we had on our system and cleaned up after themselves in the attic. Our AC is running well and cool after the repair!

TL:DR - Go with Super Cool HVAC. At a bare minimum get a second quote from them. I should've reviewed Super Cool HVAC far before today but better late than never. They were absolutely fantastic to work with. Both our condenser and furnace were nearing end of life in spring of 2025 and we figured it was about time to replace them. Getting a quote from Super Cool was super simple. They provided us with multiple options and pros/cons of each; there was no pressure to make a decision quickly or upsell additional services (They had the best quotes too out of several companies we asked). Install was a breeze, they came out and completed it in just over a day (heat pump, air handler, and thermostat). Super Cool pulled all the permits and dealt with the county inspector so we didn't have to. 5/5 at this point, how could they be any better? WELL nine months later after a winter cold streak they followed up to ensure that our heat pump was working well in the low temps. A month after that they again reach out to remind us to take advantage of some tax rebates our new system qualified for. That is just ridiculously good customer service. Everybody I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable, and cared about doing the job right. They are my first recommendation to anybody that needed HVAC maintenance, repair, or replacement.

Super Cool HVAC was incredibly helpful in fixing our heater. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and very generous with their knowledge. They took the time to explain the complex heating components that were causing the issues and made everything easy to understand. What really stood out was their dedication—they even worked through the holidays and came back to ensure the heater was running properly. They ultimately fixed the system around New Year’s, and it has been running perfectly ever since. Super Cool HVAC was actually the second company we called. The first company (a large, heavily advertised company around Charlotte) significantly over-quoted the repair and even recommended ripping out the entire system and ductwork. Super Cool HVAC quickly identified the real issue and fixed it without unnecessary replacements. I highly recommend Super Cool HVAC for their expertise, honesty, and outstanding service.
