Honest. Straightforward. Not pushy. Doesn’t try to oversell. They have a “cash only” policy, (no cc’s or checks). That was a bit of a hassle. Had to go to bank and get exact amount of transaction. I understand that as a small business they can’t afford transaction fees and bad checks. They could pass on the transaction fee but on a $700+ transaction I don’t want to pay the fee either. I recommend this business.

Wow!!! Just wow. I brought my sewing machine here and they were wonderful. Not only did they impress me with friendly service but we're super understanding that was not able to pick-up my machine due to a family emergency. They held it for 30 days with no issue at all.
