I needed a new auto shop, and I am so glad we went to Stephens! We were with our previous shop for 30 years, and it was our neighbor's shop, which meant we had high standards of service. Stephens has exceeded our expectations! We had small and large car issues with both of our cars this summer and the service was beyond professional. The owner, Joe Stephens, and his staff, Chris, make it their personal responsibility to ensure your car is fixed and safe to leave with. The big issue was our transmission. Stephens sent our JEEP to a 40-year referral of theirs that specializes in transmissions. Joe and his Team oversaw the work the entire time as it took a long time due to getting correct parts and a valve being back ordered. Joe gave me and my car very personal attention. He also repaired a new dent and detailed my car because of the extra issues and time it took for our trans. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Stephen's Automotive. Kris
