Very worst experience i ever had. Watching my grandfather fight for his life in the ICU was one of the most difficult experiences I've ever had. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive.They were talking about pizza burgers in the corner while my grandparent’s condition was extremely bad. The doctors are extremely unprofessional. We all want the best of our loved ones but in South Punjab Multan you have these: poor communication, disrespectful staff and doctors , Delays in care, Medical errors.

Had worst experience at South Punjab Multan Hospital Worst hospital with worst staff. Not recommended at all. They even gave me a pharmacy bill where instead of medicine name it said: Item 1 Item 2 Item 3 And this bill was then collected at main counter and then they never returned it. And this bill was from nursery where my infant was admitted which means no one knew what medicines were given and staff said we are not allowed to tell. I am pretty sure, no medicines were given because child was there just for phototherapy. Staff was rude, unapologetic and main counter is clueless about their job. They asked for 50k as advance for phototherapy session whereas it costed only 7000 at another hospital. Before leaving I called them and asked if card payment is possible and they said yes but when I went there in hurry as my infant was sick, they said only cash option is allowed. A hospital that charged that much for a phototherapy session, should at least have a proper sitting area. Staff was rude and loud, unlike a private hospital. I felt like in a govt hospital. Its my first child and South Punjab Hospital experience has left a permanent scar on me and my wife. We will prefer Govt hospital instead of this dungeon. Thieves Note: we had great experience at Bakhtawar Amin hospital so we thought maybe all private hospitals are good.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting South Punjab Hospital, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with both their pricing policies and the competence of their doctors. The entire ordeal left me feeling frustrated, dissatisfied, and ripped off. First and foremost, the pricing at South Punjab Hospital is exorbitant. It seems as though their main objective is to exploit patients rather than provide quality healthcare. From the moment I walked in, I was bombarded with exorbitant charges for even the most basic services. Every consultation, diagnostic test, and medication came with an astronomical price tag. It's disheartening to witness such blatant profiteering in the healthcare industry, where patients are already vulnerable and seeking help.

South Punjab Hospital in Multan has a team of experienced doctors, including pulmonologist Dr. Muhammad Zubair Shaheen and dermatologist Assoc. Prof. Kalsoom Jawaid. The hospital offers various services like emergency care, ICU, operation theater, and pharmacy. Patients praise Dr. Zubair Shaheen's expertise, but some mention long wait times ¹ ².

I had a very disappointing experience at the hospital’s billing department, particularly with the handling of my claim by Mr. Haseeb Shafique and Madam Rabia. A claim was prepared incorrectly and I was later informed that additional payments were requested for its processing, which caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. I request the hospital management to review this matter and ensure transparency and accountability within the billing team. If the CEO would like to look into this issue personally, they may share their official email with me — I am ready to provide all supporting evidence.
