I’m very impressed with my overall experience, from start to finish with SoBellas Home Services.I called SoBellas due to the great rating, in search for a new A/C and Heating team to work with. Robert answered very kind and pleasant person to talk to. Took care of spring maintenance scheduling in a timely manner and completed sending me details about my assigned Technician David P. and my scheduled appointment. David arrived in the agreed time frame with a call of when he would be arriving. David was very polite, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, transparent, honest, took care of my spring maintenance in a timely manner and also offered other home services So Bella’s has to offer. I didn’t feel pressured with up charges and unnecessary fixes, just a nice transparent conversation and a great first time experience to what I’m hoping for is a great relationship with SoBellas. SoBellas Home Services was fantastic from start to finish. They responded incredibly quick and had a technician at our house in less than an hour. Carlos was knowledgeable, professional, and transparent- he answered all of our questions and made sure we understood our options without any pressure. They came out on Monday, and by Wednesday evening we had a completely new HVAC unit installed. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Fast, honest, and reliable service- highly recommend!

I called SoBellas to come out and perform a maintenance service on my AC. Eddie was kind, courteous and professional. He did a thorough cleaning of my AC unit outside, checked wiring outside and inside with the furnace. Performed a pump test and then wiped my AC unit down. Thank you kindly for such a great experience, I feel more than assured and satisfied.

Eddie serviced both of my AC units and did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service both systems. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. It’s clear that Eddie takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right. Both units are running great now and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
