Larry was prompt in getting to my house when he was scheduled. Although he couldn’t troubleshoot the problem since the refrigerator wasn’t making the noise, he was straightforward in telling me the possible issues. Larry was personable and professional at the same time. I recommend Shannon’s Appliance Repair based on the ease of scheduling, rapid response, and professionalism of the technician.
