Teacher are usually late no seriousness of teachers towards regular timing presence. Especially the lab teachers its usual for them to come 15 to 20 mins late. Getting the pay for improving students future but actually destroying them.. Then they say what have u done in your paper... When u r also at fault. Its depends on their mood how much late will they come to teach the class but 15 to 20 mins is usual
