Yesterday my brother Stephen Sargent and I Went in to Santa fe doors. An Albuquerque owned business. We were intruded to Shannon. She was so kind to walk use thru here door manufacturing facility. Where we saw her team assembling custom doors. They were all so unique. My brother and I are factory certified installers for Andersen Windows and Doors. We work primarily on luxury homes. We met Shannon thru Heritage an Andersen owned company. We just started doing door repair and installation work for Shannon. We Are excited to work together. Shannon also has a company that make a water based stain that is going to change the stain industry. So amazing! Fully biodegradable!

Ordered a door through them. First the door took way longer than it should have. They failed to get the door order correctly. Even after the door was fixed they charged us more than the agreed price. I highly recommend not doing business here unless you want to struggle.

Our experience working with SFDs was absolutely superb! You will not be disappointed working with SFDs!!! No kidding...from the moment we first walked in to the store and beyond the delivery of our doors Shannon was absolutely magnificent! Very professional and knowledgeable of her products. Great design assistance which we very much appreciated. Kept us abreast of the build process as it moved along. The workmanship is out of this world...we are soooo glad we chose this company and will certainly be back for more products in the future! John & Provi
