Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

I had a question about the service and pricing and Marcus and Samara were extremely professional, had a great conversation and explanation of what occurred and mended some issues that we agreed upon. Nice group of people that are willing to follow up with their customers and do the right thing. Much appreciated

Aaron and Omar were just awesome! They were very professional, great to work with and kept my husband and I informed of what they were doing. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work! Aaron was great at getting up my curvey 12% grade driveway too with no problems in that huge truck! We are in our 80’s and they made us feel very safe too.

I had two great technicians work on replacing my very old cast iron sewer pipe. There were many twists and turns and they met every challenge and solved the problems. I felt lucky to have had Felipe and Marcel help me with my very large issue. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again. Thank you.

I’ve had a lot of home issues lately. As many can relate. I’m happy to say that this is my first ever review and it’s a good one. John McCarthy and his coworker, Jairo, we’re both kind, personable, accommodating, helpful and efficient. Star, who is in the office has been equally as helpful and very sweet. Thanks to all of you who have been helping me out. Good work and thank you

I needed an expert evaluation for a drainage issue, and Roto-Rooter was recommended to me. They were friendly and prompt to schedule an appointment. They provided a photo of the technician who would arrive at my home. I was extremely impressed with the technician's knowledge and his ability to explain the plumbing issue in detail to me so I would understand. His expertise went well above what I expected! The service call was very affordable! I absolutely recommend this company. They deserve a PERFECT score on every level - friendliness, professionalism, knowledge/skill, and value.
