I had an amazing experience with ROI Home Improvements. From start to finish, Chris and Alvin were both very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Their team installed 8 new windows on my home and the quality of their work is absolutely outstanding. From our very first call to schedule a consultation, their customer service was top-notch, with clear communication and honest recommendations. They listened to my every need/want and I never once felt pressured during the consultation visit. They took measurements of all my windows and placed the order that same day. Within 2 weeks (which was the estimated timeframe given at consultation) they called to schedule the installation. Their crew arrived at 9am sharp on installation day and were complete with the job and out the door by 4:30pm. The team worked efficiently and paid close attention to every single detail. They made sure everything was perfectly sealed and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Chris and Alvin were both on-site periodically throughout the day to make sure everything ran smoothly and to ensure their installers had everything they needed. The new windows have completely transformed my home — not only do they look fantastic, but they’ve also drastically improved our energy efficiency! They were installed a week ago and I can already tell a difference. Our heat/AC does not run constantly and it is so much more quiet in my home. I just had ROI replace all the windows in my house. Chris and Alvin answered all my questions and are very easy to work with. The install team were friendly and very clean. Drop clothes were used inside and out while windows were being replaced. Once the new windows were installed they were cleaned. The team ensured all my questions were answered before the left. I highly recommend ROI.

I called Chris about getting windows replaced on our home. He came out the following day and gave us a quote that was very fair compared to other companies we had provide estimates. Once we gave Chris the go ahead on the order he advised us that it would be 6-8 weeks for the windows to be ready to install and due to the number of windows the install would probably take 3 days. Chris let us know that our windows were ready in 4 weeks and we scheduled a date for the installation. The crew showed up on the scheduled date and time and advised us that they would be done in 2 days. The crew did a great job and left the house as clean or cleaner than it was when they started. Chris came and did a walk through after the installation to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and advised us to call if we had any issues at all. The whole process was done professionally and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs window replacement.

We just had our windows installed and I can honestly say I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing new windows! From the moment we contacted ROI to the final walkthrough, they’ve been extremely helpful and professional. The install team was friendly and super efficient! And they were astonishingly clean for the job at hand! We were beyond impressed. The install team also had an eye for detail, so they made sure each window was installed properly and looked good (caulk, wiped clean, area clean, etc) before leaving for the day. If you’re on the fence- just give ROI a call. They’ll at least get you all the information you need to make an informed decision! They are not into these “hard sales” tactics and are really affordable for beautiful looking windows.
