REI Bike Shop

I like how they really try to make it feel like they're invested in the community. They're kind and when they made a mistake on fixing my bike they acknowledged it and gave me a slight discount without me even asking. I'm proud to be a member.

I normally love REI and frequent between this location, Sandy Springs, and Chatt. I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks that were defective, and did not realize I called the Sandy Springs location to ask if they would be willing to just facilitate the return. I was told on the phone to bring them in and theyd honor it. Went to this location in Kennesaw, and explained this to the cashier. She said they would not take the return. I asked for the manager, of whom was very rude. She did not listen, was extremely dismissive, and told me to take it to the Sandy Springs location since they were independent. Seems like all stores should follow policy. This location is not very customer friendly and I will take my business elsewhere.

A bit pricey on bike tune up but the fact that they're open past 5 compared to other bike shops and service was overall great with friendly attentive staff u can't go wrong with this shop 👍🏽
