Ray Plumbing & Heating

My husband and I just built a house and moved in about three weeks ago, literally two days before Christmas. We've worked for the past 10 years towards this house so we spent extra on things we want. For me, that was a big bath tub. I have a degenerative nerve disease and it's quite painful. Hot baths help tremendously. So, you can see how having a nice tub was important. This also comes after having a horrible time during the whole housebuilding process. Everything that could go wrong, DID go wrong. Since we moved in, the temp in the tub/shower was luke warm and I need my water HOT. So for three weeks I haven't been able to try my new tub. The house manufacturer told us what we could do to fix it but refused to fix it because they can't alter anything that involves temperature. I get it, I do.... but I wasn't asking for lava temps. We followed their instructions but the piece we needed to get to was under another piece that was not budging. We are first time homebuyers and most definitely not plumbers. We were incredibly afraid to break something and ruin it all together. So we called Ray's! Chris was wonderful! He didn't mind that I hung around so he could show me everything he was doing. He also took the time to walk me through the process of changing temps on the water heater, making sure to educate me about what was safe. Thank you for being one thing that went smoothly during this whole process. We will definitely use Ray's in the future.

Recently we used services from Ray's Plumbing for the first time. The company came highly recommended -- and we can see why. We were very happy with the service that Tyler provided us. He quickly diagnosed the problems we were having and told us how they should be fixed. Not only did he come to our house when Ray's dispatcher said he would, but he was thorough, very nice, and didn't make a mess like the previous plumber we'd used. Finally, the price was reasonable. We'll definitely be calling Ray's again when we need plumbing service.
