I can’t provide enough positive feedback about Ram Jack of Kentucky located in Winchester, KY. They provide outstanding quality work that is a great value, above and beyond service, along with a hard-working, attentive and courteous crew. The written quote was by far the lowest of the 3 different company quotes I received. The crew foreman ensured that the work quality was outstanding. He was very easy to work with and he kept me informed throughout the process. The crew worked hard and were very courteous when I asked questions. Electrical lines that the builder had installed a foot away from the foundation of my house were discovered during the foundation excavation. The Ram Jack crew foreman went above and beyond to accommodate me awaiting the electrical lines being moved by the utility company. For the safety of my dogs, he purchased and placed sheets of plywood to cover the foundation work excavation holes until the work could resume. After the electrical lines were moved, the foundation work immediately resumed. Ram Jack even installed an underground drainpipe at materials only cost to me. Because of my concern about the visibility of cracks in the cinderblock seams, due to the foundation issue, the crew foreman went above and beyond and had the crew fill the cracks with mortar. I highly recommend this reputable and quality company!
The team did a great job getting to the foundation and lifting it. The crew were very nice and professional. They kept us informed throughout the process and encouraged us to ask questions along the way. The office staff were professional and responsive. There was an unpredictable situation that caused the project to be significantly delayed and the office staff were responsive and communicative about the delays, and gave us a small discount for the inconvenience. The crew was wonderful and took great care to preserve the aesthetic appearance of our front yard after the project. Would highly recommend!
