Old staff doing all the old creepy and selfish stuff. The service is bad, too bad and inconsistent.

You can pay ptcl bill in here via machine or can get ptcl customer care service. Staff is really nice here.

PTCL is the only best solution the internet or data services. All others mobile services internet is very costly & also speed doesn't match with PTCL variety outstanding speed packages.

Very nice cervice

one of the worst service. Old staff just trying to make money rahter than solving a problem of customer. Even complaint after 3 or 4 times but nothing happen. I will never recommend. Especially if you are computer worker and doing online job no gurantee whenever internet become unstable For God's sake PTCL higher management should take action to make service better
