These guys are amazing - skilled and honest. Definitely my new go-to for any tire issues. I had a bolt lodged in my tire. I was planning to have to replace it, but they removed the bolt and inspected the tire and diagnosed that the bolt did not penetrate deep enough to warrant a replacement. They didn’t want to charge me but I insisted. I was in and out in 20 mins.

We had a great experience at Possible & Son’s Auto Shop. They changed our oil and did an engine tune-up, including replacing the coils and spark plugs, after quickly diagnosing a misfire issue. From start to finish, they were clear, honest, and upfront with pricing—and never tried to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. They took the time to explain the problem, walked us through the fix, and did everything they could to keep costs down. The work was done quickly, and their communication was excellent—they kept us updated throughout the process via text, which we really appreciated. Special shout-out to Juslin for going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. These guys are hardworking, trustworthy, and truly great at what they do. I called yesterday to get a quote and I was very specific about my vechicle and what I need the gentleman said 60 for my service I said okay I will be back after work . Get there the guy try’s to up the price but I stood strong on my price that I was quoted . Then he mentioned a couple of things I needed so I agreed to allow them to work . When it’s time to pay on the screen says one price and I ask the guy was that the entire price and I get home I got charge a different price . Now I saw the signs but why the let the credit card machine reflect a false price if it’s more than that I will be calling today and my bank not cool at all . Not how you do business then he threw my receipt smh . They have done work on my car and were nicer than this experience. The machine should have stated the amount with processing fee not with out it that’s false information

I was in DC for a wedding recently, and had developed a very loud sound (which I thought was a bad wheel bearing) in the front right wheel. The owner had it up on the lift for 3 minutes, took it down, and test drove it with me. I was amazed that 90% of the noise was gone. I asked him what he did, and he said that the last shop who changed out my lower control arms forgot to tighten the axle nut. Since I drove 5 hours with a loose axle nut, the wheel bearing needed replacing too. The owner showed me everything I needed to know about what happened, offered to change out my brake pads as well, and had me back on the road within a couple hours. Same day service (on a Sunday!!), very good pricing, and someone who really cares about doing a good job saved my weekend trip from being a disaster. I cannot thank Possible & Sons enough for helping me out and getting me back on the road safe.

Very bad experience here. They are not honest about prices and decided to charge a new fee after they completed a service. That’s not honest business. If we agreed on a break down of prices you don’t randomly decide that you are having a diagnostic fee because I didn’t decide to do the more expensive services. Highly recommend if you’re a woman to avoid. The customer service is poor and the guy looked at me when I was with my male friend saying I don’t understand how business operates. I stopped him right there and would encourage him to not belittle others like this. He doesn’t even know my experience or life. I told him it was very offensive and just paid the 80 dollars for an oil change when I was told 65….If you’re going to charge a fee, say that before taking my car. You can’t just decide that on your own. Do note it wasn’t an extra processing fee. Just a extra charge the guy that worked on the car decided. In addition, the oil change took 3 hours when we were told 1 hour. I’m not convinced that full synthetic was actually done. Very confused by the good reviews because upon stopping by so many things were off…
