Saved by my building contractor neighbor! We have worked with several AC repair and service companies but so great full we decided to follow the advice of our neighbor and work with PDQ. We needed a full new hvac system. The price was appropriate the service crew were prompt, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. And they weren't messy which was great for a neat freak client. I'd highly recommend them.

PDQ Mechanical removed two 13 year old Carrier heatpumps and installed new Trane units at my residence. Jeff was easy to work with and very responsive to my numerous email questions. Joe, Nick, and Tyler were on site for two days and conducted the most painless installs I have ever experienced. Everything flowed seamlessly, including shoving furnaces and coils into the attic ten feet above. And, for the first time, the new ground mounted condensers are level. These guys work really well together and are very conscious about "mess management". Further, only one of the two attic accesses required cutting, and it was done such that the existing access cover still fits. I am told told that PDQ will handle the Trane warranty registration for me. Literally, the only thing I did was write the check. Very satisfied. PS: One day after the install, I received the Trane Equipment Warranty documentation and PDQ's Labor Warranty documentation. Fantastic.

Prompt, clear and professional. Told me about my system, how it was working great and didn’t try to upsell anything. Gave some tips on roof area as it related to the unit as well as filter suggestions. Everything was honest and not company-first but customer first. A breath of fresh air!

Needed an appointment pretty quickly. The next morning Chad arrived on time, took care of the issue, changed filters and revied both air conditioners. We are very impressed and pleased with the reasonable and helpful advise. When the time comed we will be there PFQ.
