Kudos to the owner!! I inquired about a repair and I was directed to a site regarding my issue. I’m not very tech savvy or skilled at “home repairs” The person was was very honest and did not waste my time or charge me for the consultation. My situation requires a new unit. The owner could easily have asked me to bring my unit to the shop for an evaluation and charge me for a service call and possibly a failed repair. It’s very impressive to have a small business not waste a customer’s time or money, as many large companies/ businesses would try to make a “sale”!!! Residents of the Saco/Biddeford area are fortunate to have P1 Repair available to them.

Ben was amazing. He helped me fix a broken charging port on my drone controller same day. He was super kind and extremely reasonable on his price. I highly recommend him, really great guy and unique skills/business.
