11:45 pm night before Thanksgiving I went into my garage to find water had been pouring out of our water heater......company arriving from out of state and now no water or shower or toilet to flushh!!! I went on line just out of desperation, I knew no one would answer or be willing to help on Thanksgiving. I found good ratings for Otero Plumbing and pressed call, left a message explaining our situation. ....literally 10 min later I got a call!! At midnight on Thanksgiving eve.....assuring me they would be at our house the next morning to fix our problem.....AND THEY WERE!!!! From the beginning of our ordeal Otero Plumbing was there and followed through with their promise to help! They did, with professionalism, kindness and trying to do it in as fast as they could so we would have our problem solved!!! We are now permanent customers and will not go anywhere else. THANK YOU OTERO PLUMBING......your company was a BLESSING!

Awesome experience. We were without A/C for nearly a week (we were out of town and waiting on warranty) when we were referred to Otero. I called Monday morning and within 30 minutes they had two technicians at the house. They diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and just had to go back for a part. Total time was about an hour and we finally had our A/C back and running. The technicians were beyond professional and extremely courteous. We would highly recommend. My only “issue” was when I called to schedule, it was pretty loud in their office and hard to hear at times. Other than that, they were great!

I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company! 3 months ago I had a sink installed at my place of business. It took 4 different plumbers over the course of 2 weeks to properly get the sink attached to the wall and working. I had to call back numerous times because the sink continued to leak & was falling out of the wall. I was told that they broke a part & a new part had to be ordered & in the mean time a temporary fix was put on the leak & I would be notified when the part was in. Here I am 2 months later calling and leaving numerous messages to this company because my sink is still leaking and continues to become lose from the wall. They have taken my name & number multiple times to “get back to me” with information on the ordered parts & to have someone come out to fix it. And never do I get a call back or any one sent out to look at the botched work they did. Not only do I find it unprofessional to do such terrible work by 4 different plumbers but then to completely ignore attempts to get the problems fixed is beyond ridiculous. Save yourself the time & money by going elsewhere for any plumbing needs.

I can't say enough great things about this plumbing company! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I gave a 1 star because the secretary did make the appointment, I assume. They were not professional enough to call to say they would be late, and when I called them, they were not professional enough to call back. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I called and cancelled my appointment. I had not had this problem in the past, but a friend said the company was purchased and changed ownership a few years ago. Possibly this explains the unprofessionalism, I don't know.
