Chad came out like he said to give us an estimate. Then once we accepted the estimate, Chad kept in complete communication with us on every part of the project. He and his crew were great to work with.

About a year ago, my fiancé hired this company to come take care of the roof at our home. They refused to work with insurance company to get claim approved, and only “repaired” the roof. That lasted all of 6 months, the shingles they “repaired” literally fell off of the house. When we tried to contact them again, they never called us back or even tried to reach out to us. The shingles they used did not work with our existing shingles, and were put on improperly. We had a very poor experience with this company and do not recommend them at all. Ultimately we decided to go with a different company who in two weeks has already done more for us than oltman did in over 6 months.

They did a great job. This is the second time I have used oltman roofing. They are my go to roofer. The price is reasonable and the quality of workmanship is great. The work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up well.
