Quentin came out to repair a shower cartridge in our master shower. The shower was leaking and the cartridge was bad. Problem fixed. Quick clean and efficient! Top notch service! We have also planned to add some additional Halo ion filtration to prevent any corrosion on the other ones as well as a plan to service the Navien tankless water heaters. I recently had the opportunity to work with Mark Yonkers while shopping for a new air conditioning system, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. A Night Light was installed by Odyssey because they could not figure out where the wires went from the previous 2 Odyssey electricians on this new construction. Drywall was torn out and I was unable to use the beautiful sconces purchased for the installation. Kyle, the current electrician was pleasant ant professional but I am still left with lights I cannot use and a Night Light to fill the “mystery spot” in double switch plate. This was a compromise I was forced to accept only because I didn’t want Odyssey to continue tearing out more ceilings and walls to fix THEIR mistakes at my expense.

Austin was Very professional… Came out within the same day. He was respectful, friendly and gave a thorough explanation of what was happening as well as a nice breakdown of different packages. Highly recommend Odyssey.
