This is somewhat long overdue. However, better late than never. This was our first time being on a well and had just bought the house year prior and our well pump failed in the summer during one of the hottest weeks as we were filling our above ground pool. I must have called more than 5 different companies and these guys were the only ones that could respond the day of. most other companies told me they were at least 30+ days out and flat out told me they were going to charge as much as they can since it would be considered emergency. Nicholson came out the same evening to determine the problem, came back the next day with necessary parts and there was water again! On top of that, they beat their estimate! I know these guys are the only ones I would call and recommend!

Everyone that we talked to was so professional, knowledgeable & very responsive. They came out the same day we called and was back the following day for the necessary work. Will only do business with them in the future.

Our wellhouse plumbing developed a pinhole leak over a weekend. I called them on Saturday and got the weekend emergency answering service. I didn’t believe it to be an emergency so I just left my information. When I called on Monday morning shortly after they opened, they were already aware of my situation. I was told that they would try and get to it on Monday but that they had several emergencies to deal with and couldn’t promise. Shortly after lunch on the same day I got a call that their tech was 15 minutes away. Within an hour after arriving, the leak was repaired. The next day I received the bill and it was half of what I was expecting. This was not my first time dealing with Nicholson as they dug the well initially. They are a top notch customer service based company that you would be well served to consider working with them.
