Delonte and staff made the horrible process of repairing a car painless. From effective transparent communication to every inch of the car detailed, oh and returned back to me ahead of schedule, it was the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with and can tell they go a step above for their customers. 27 out of 5 stars.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. No one wants to deal with a car accident or the endless logistics that come after, especially when the whole situation wasn’t your fault to begin with. I found Murphy’s through my insurance website and, honestly, I won’t go anywhere else from now on. From start to finish, they kept me informed, worked seamlessly with my insurance, and made the entire process as painless as something like this can be. The part that really impressed me, though, was their honesty and pride in their work. After finishing the paint, they noticed a tiny flaw (something I probably never would have seen) and they called me to say it needed one more day so they could make it right... At their own expense. That kind of integrity is rare. It speaks to professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to doing right by people. I had a wonderful experience with Murphy's Auto Body. Domonique was the best! He communicated with me regularly. And he went above and beyond to compensate me when there was a slight snag in the anticipated timeline it took to complete my repairs. All of the staff are super friendly and professional. And I had my car repaired and returned to me in a little over a week. They performed quality work very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend.
