I was diagnosed with L5-S1 Disc Bulge due to gym injury. Pain was unbearable as the pain would move from lower back to hamstring and then down towards the foot. Upon researching i came to know about Dr Ayaz. On first meeting he thoroughly listened my problem and guided me pretty well according to it. He prescribed really effective exercises for the recovery. Before that i was using different medications but after few visits and exercises i was able to skip medicines. Its been now 2 months and i have made a really good recovery. I feel no pain and im quiet healthy now. I have again resumed my gym activities. Im really glad i came to know about Dr ayaz. He is such a caring and professional person. Wish him all the best.
