Derek F. Arrived on time. He listened to the whole problem then talked with me thru options. He then got right to work. I watched the entire process from start to finish, i was asking questions along the way he answered them all with patience. Suggested a long term fix and got another appointment scheduled at my convenience. I have had this issue before and the last person from a different company was rather rude and pretty much brushed me off. Derek was amazing and I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone that asks. Pricing was fair for the issues I had financing was also offered if I wanted it. I was dreading dealing with another company again after the other experience I had, but I am so glad I reached out to Mr. Rooter Plumbing!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable Daniel A. Explained things very clearly and laid out options for the fix. On time and wore boot covers. I appreciated he explained about parking in the street in case his vehicle leaked. An extra amount of courtesy that was appreciated. The job was done quickly and neatly. I do think they may be overpriced but I didn’t have time to shop around and compare.

They are extremely expensive, clearly overcharging. Their online booking system is very convenient and works pretty well, and the technician was very nice and professional. They charge $60 upfront just for the visit and estimate. They then try to add as many things as they can, and offer you a set of "packages", all of them extremely overpriced, like 2-3 times more expensive than any other plumber would charge. I told them I just wanted them to fix what I called them for. It was just replacing the water connection to the washer. Their estimate was $350, when it's just a 15 minute job with $10 in parts. But I had already waited for a day, and it was leaking. It indeed took the technician about 15 minutes to replace it. Extremely expensive, never calling them again unless I really have to or if I win the lottery.

Dan Allen was the technician who came to my mom’s apartment to install her bidet. He was friendly, professional, and completed the installation quickly and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Dan and everyone I dealt with at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I would hire them again!
