I’ll begin by saying that the only reason for two stars is because the work was done well. I got a referral from Mike’s body shop. The initial engagement was pleasant enough. He quoted me $325. When I came back to pay it was $345. I asked him if he could explain to me what the increased amount was for. He said” I did it!” Very quickly, he followed with “sales tax.” He was quite harsh, which I was surprised by, That because our engagement up to that point had been pleasant. I am quite pleasant as a customer, because I’ve worked customer service and I appreciate people. When I got home and looked at the receipt, it said $369. I realize he lied to me. He didn’t want to account for the extra $20 saying it was for sales tax when he had not actually added on sales tax. All I can assume is that he doesn’t respect women. I wouldn’t recommend a woman going there. I grew up around an autobody shop. I know how to talk to men who are old school. He had no call to treat me so disrespectfully. The only way I would ever go back as if he apologized and gave me a refund for the extra that he charged me without explanation. I don’t expect to get this apology.

I am so glad they are stll carrying the "Morgan-Bulleigh InC" tradition of making things like new again with leather. My C5 Corvette needed a new armrest, can not buy one again. In 24 hrs I had my armrest recover with leather and if feels and looks good as new! More complicated things will take longer... Quality is what you'll get.

Harry went above and beyond. He even added touches we hadn’t figured into the price saving me time and money. I would recommend him to any friend!

The finest experience in getting my driver's seat frame replaced and recovered just like new on my older 2005 Envoy! I provided a replacement seat frame I obtained from LKQ and they pulled the usable coverings from my original seat, obtained and matched the OEM GMC exact pattern in my vehicle and installed it all on the donor seat frame and along with new lower plastic panels from GMC, the end result speaks for itself in the photograph. A really great job and from what I know and hear, that's what they always do! I totally recommend these highly talented folks!
