10/10!! Eugene and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I had to have a computer mishap fixed and they got it back to me better than new! Did you know they also sell video games? Took an old laptop there to get the operation of windows restored as it was in an automatic loop. While I admit the back to the computer was missing the USB ports were not shaking in the slot. Furthermore, prior to taking my laptop to their shop I WAS able to open my dvd compartment because i took a Dvd out prior to taking my laptop to their establishment for repair!! I called to get the issue resolved instead of trying to resolve the issue the person that answered had the audacity to say my USB port was already shaking in the slots and the cd area was stuck when I know for a FACT it wasnt !! Now im trying to pry open a DVD compartment that I had no problem opening prior to taking it to their shop!!

Been going here for about 3 years have always been treated kindly. I have bought Mac’s and iPhones with no problem. It’s really hard now and days to find trust worthy people who are kind and respectful. I love Mr. Tech can’t wait for my next purchase.

Really great experience at Mr Tech in Fanwood! Brought in my Dell laptop for repair and the team couldn’t have been more courteous and helpful. They took the time to explain everything, fixed it fast, and charged a fair price. Super friendly folks — nice to have such a reliable tech place right here in the neighborhood!

Very intelligent and good group of guys here. The owner comes from a background in electrical engineering and he does tremendous work. He is expanding and bringing in new employees for his practice. There is a market for 3rd party tech guys like him, and he is fully exploiting it. Great small business with a very smart guy running it who works tirelessly.
