Montezuma Bikes

Was doing a 5,000 e-bike ride for Cancer, Alzheimer's, and the Wounded Warrior Project. A lady backed into my son's e-bike and knocked it over with her bumper. Didn't notice right away from visual look over but she caused some damages. I called over there asking if they knew any e-bike shop that could true a wheel thinking that was my problem, the gentleman informed me that they could I was a little surprised thinking that this was just a regular bike shop. And let me tell you some of you who know me from Google adventures hear this is the shop to go if you have an e-bike, or even a normal bike. The owner and the staff pondered my problem for a bit, tossing it around and finally found a solution to fix my problem I had with my son's e-bike! And fix it they did! What's more awesome about the shop is that the owner himself is a barber and the front part of his shop is a barbershop, get your haircut fix your bike or your e-bike! Anyway. These guys are super awesome, and they not only fixed the problem with my son's, they made sure that we were taken care of with respect.

Jed is excellent at going through bikes. He can tell you what your bike needs and can fix it or if you want to upgrade he has some great bikes to sell. He will soon be selling Specialized bikes.

Reached out to the owner, Jed, and inquired if he would have any Monday availabilities. The shop is closed on Monday, but he was gracious enough to meet with me and go out of his way to help me out. I’m new into cycling, but this is going to be my local bike shop.

We can only say great things about Montezuma Bikes. We were passing through (Tucson to Michigan) and our bike rack failed. We called near closing time. Jed (and his wife) were extremely generous when they delivered the bike rack to us in Meade (after hours). He even brought a drill to ensure proper attachment, while also helping to install it...then offered a discount! The rack works great. Easily the nicest local bike shop owner I've met in 40+ years of cycling.

Had them set up a bike for me and they did an amazing job quick and affordable. They have a good bike selection and were very knowledgeable and helpful and did a good job of making sure everything was set properly and to my satisfaction would definitely recommend.
